Billy Grill is the Associate Director of Southwest Ohio APEX Accelerator at Ohio University. He has over 20 years of experience in helping clients market to all levels of Federal, State, and Local governments. His varied roles in business development, marketing, operations, and program management give him a wide skill set to assist his clients with. Billy also has experience in helping businesses start, grow, and expand their footprint.

This knowledge, coupled with a network of strategic business resources in Southwest Ohio give him a toolset to help most any business reach their potential. He has received numerous awards for his service including, Small Business Advocate of the Year, from the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), President’s Award from the Dayton-Wright AFCEA Chapter, and others.
