Kristy Fairfax is the Director of Workforce Development at the Digital Transformation Center at the University of Dayton Research Institute, where she leads workforce strategy to support digital transformation, advanced manufacturing, and defense-related industries. She brings over 18 years of experience in workforce development and prior to her role with the DTC, spent 14 years running her own consulting firm, designing and scaling talent pipelines across K-12, higher education, industry, and economic development systems nationwide. Kristy holds a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.
