Mary Zunick is the Cultural Affairs Manager for Visit Hot Springs, where her work includes serving as Executive Director of the Hot Springs Sister City Program. Since 2008, she has led Hot Springs’ relationship with Hanamaki, Japan, developing partnerships in education, tourism, business, and cultural exchange. Beyond her professional role, Zunick serves as Honorary Consul of Japan for Arkansas, Secretary of the Sister Cities International Board of Directors, and Sister Cities International’s Arkansas State Representative. She works closely with Japanese diplomatic, government, educational, and corporate leaders to strengthen ties between Japan and Arkansas and create opportunities for international collaboration and economic development.
