Naohiro Idegami is President & CEO of NARO-Nature Ponics Co., Ltd., a startup commercializing ProbioPonics technology developed through a collaboration between NARO and Asahi Kasei Corporation. With more than 20 years of experience in engineering and project management at Asahi Kasei, including approximately 10 years in agrifood business development, he now leads efforts to transform biogas digestate into high-quality liquid fertilizer and advance circular agriculture through innovative nutrient recycling technologies.

He holds a Master of Engineering degree from the Kyushu Institute of Technology.
