Amber E. Orr is a Professional Engineer practicing in the State of Washington, USA. She has a history of working in both the Industrial and Power & Energy sectors. She is also an Electrical Forensic Engineer. She is currently the Chief Engineer representing several blockchain and HPC organizations supporting or developing their new large infrastructure requests and renewables throughout the United States.

She embarked on her career journey in the Industrial sector, collaborating with a prestigious Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) company on a diverse array of ambitious industrial projects predominantly in the Western United States. She then worked for an original equipment manufacturer (OEM), specializing in the design and construction of custom machinery for clients across the globe. After this she transitioned into several consulting engineering roles before venturing into the Power & Energy Sector.

Amber held pivotal roles as the Director of Engineering and Engineering Manager at Power Utilities in the Western Unites States, enriching her knowledge over multiple years. Concurrently, she now serves as an independent Electrical Engineering consultant and an expert witness. Amber's career spans over two-and-a-half decades, during which she supervised electrical design for a wide array of projects, ranging from utility to commercial, municipal, industrial, and governmental. Her proficiency extends to high and medium-voltage systems.

Amber's commitment to education is also noteworthy, as she served as an adjunct Engineering Professor for approximately seven years, contributing to the nurturing of future engineering talent.
