Bill Yoder is the Executive Director for the Arkansas Center for Data Sciences. The non-profit was established in 2019 with the mission of helping close the gap between the employer demand for IT skills and the current talent supply in Arkansas.

Bill has held leadership positions for two global IT outsourcing corporations: Alltel Information Services, (now FIS), and Acxiom Corporation. His background is in the financial sector providing IT solutions for Fortune 100 financial institutions.

From 2007 to 2019, he was one of the founders and served as CEO of Watch House International, LLC, a law enforcement training company doing business primarily with the U.S. Government.

Bill and his family have spent most of their adult lives in Arkansas, but have also lived in California, Wisconsin, Arizona and Missouri.
