Todd Paulsen currently serves as the program manager for NeedipeDIA and has been acting in this capacity since early 2021. NeedipeDIA is an innovation-support system that communicates Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) mission needs to innovators; invites collaborative engagement with industry and academia; and produces new capabilities for the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE). He has been with the DIA for over 12 years, both in his capacity as a military officer and also as a U.S. Government civilian.
