Dr. Zeeshan Habeeb is an Assistant Professor of Physical Chemistry at UAPB. She earned her BSc. and PhD. in Physical Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee studying the conducting properties of single molecules. She has extensive experience in interdisciplinary research. She has received grant funding to develop biocompatible materials for drug delivery, with current awards from NSF ExpandQISE to expand quantum science research and education capacity at UAPB, and NSF Convergence Accelerator to use human-centered design to adapt evidence-based interventions and develop culturally appropriate science-based literacy programming to address food and nutrition.
